E-Bike Service We love working on e-bikes — one of the most game-changing ways to get around. E-bike service is billed at $155/hour. We currently service e-bikes (Class 1-3, 28mph max) equipped with motors from Shimano, Bosch, or Bafang only. We also require all e-bikes to have UL-certified batteries. To confirm your battery is UL certified, look for a holographic UL mark directly on the battery pack. It typically includes “UL” in a circle, the word “Listed” or “Component,” and a unique E-number.
If a “bike” goes above 28mph its not an e-bike, it’s a e-motorcycle and we don’t service e-motos. These require a license, registration and have age minimums. If you are searching for an e-bike for your teen please see our “Parents Guide to Safe and Legal E-bike” blog post.
Not sure what motor or battery you have? Give us a call, send a text, or email us photos before coming in — we’re happy to help.
